Ethics is about halfway down (that’s where my own articles go)! The categories are in alphabetical order. If Substack supported inserting an automatic TOC from the headers into the body of a post, it would be easier for readers to jump down to the section that interests them most. That editing feature isn’t available yet.
An alternative is to use the outline navigation they do provide when in reader mode (on desktop). It’s not obvious, but look for the stack of gray dashes along the left side of the reading window in the browser. Click on one of the gray dashes and the outline will expand. Then just scroll down to the heading you want (like Ethics), click it, and you’re there. Faster than paging down on the whole digest page.
No formal portal; we operate on a shoestring and volunteer time. For general community feature ideas, the Subscriber Chat is the best ideas portal. For digest-specific features, you can comment on https://shewritesai.substack.com/p/directory . Is there a specific feature you would like to see implemented to make it easier to find digest articles in your category of interest?
Have you tried using the searchable digest table instead of the Substack post? shewritesai.org/articles That should work even on mobile. Just type "Ethics & Society" into the search box at upper left.
Wildcards are random selections by the digest tool :) They are chosen from the top half of the articles, so you’re doing well with engagement to have posts in the wildcard selection pool!
Pleased to be part of this community!
Fantastic resource. Thanks
Thank you once again 🙌🏻
(The ethics section is a very long way down)

Thanks, im 95% mobile and not desktop (always on the move somewhere with family!)
I will have a look next time on the desktop version. I think its so far down as so many great articles in every section tbh!
Is there a way I can help request features like this, or is there an ideas portal we can upvote existing ones maybe?
